Ingredients
4 oz. Korean BBQ sauce
1/2 cup matchstick carrots
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup white onion
1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 cup snow peas
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and oil a Bakich sheet tray.
With a silicone brush, glaze PERDUE® PEREFCT PORTIONS® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast All Natural with Korean BBQ sauce and place on the sheet tray.
Toss all vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on the sheet tray around the chicken breasts.
Cook in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 165°F.
