Ingredients

16 oz. Farfalle Pasta, cooked
1/2 cup Italian Dressing (your favorite brand)
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
1/4 Red Onion, small diced
3/4 cup Feta, crumbled
1/2 cup Black Olives, sliced
1/2 cup Artichoke hearts, rough chopped
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Heat a large saute pan over medium heat, once hot, add oil, followed by chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes while stirring, or until chicken is heated through and is starting to slightly brown.
Cook pasta until desired doneness (typically 8-10 minutes) drain and store.
Rough chop artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and olives.
Toss the chicken, pasta, veggies, feta, and dressing in a mixing bowl. Can be served chilled or warm.
