Ingredients

2 tbsp. Chinese five spice powder
2 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup honey
Blue cheese, optional
Season
Season the chicken wings with Chinese five spice powder and salt.

Season
Season the chicken wings with Chinese five spice powder and salt.
Fry
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and fry until cooked, crispy and browned on each side, about 15 minutes. The chicken is done when it feels firm to the touch and a meat thermometer inserted in the center reaches 170°F.
You can also try broiling your wings instead of frying. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes, drizzle with honey and pop back under the broiler until bubbly and sticky, about 1 to 2 more minutes. Watch carefully as honey can burn quickly.

Sticky
Add the butter and honey and continue cooking, turning the wings often to coat in the glaze. Cook until the glaze reduces and wings are sticky and cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the wings from the skillet and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with extra Chinese five spice seasoning. Serve with the remaining honey sauce on the side and blue cheese, if desired.

Extra Crispy Chicken Wings

In the sound bites of the recipe the lady says to sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning and it is not on the ingredients list. Chinese Five Spice is listed. Which spice is correct.
