Ingredients
4 10 in. flour tortillas
1/2 cup peppers and onions, pre-cooked and seasoned
1/4 cup salsa
1 pack 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Add a generous amount of cheese over half of each tortilla. Add peppers and onions evenly between the 4 tortillas, then add 4 to 5 pieces of PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Roasted Chicken Strips to each tortilla half. Fold each tortilla over.
Place 1 quesadilla in a greased tray in an air-fryer basket.
Cook until golden brown and cheese has melted, 5-7 minutes, flipping sides if needed for crispiness, then cut into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa.
