1 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsps. paprika
2 tsps. lemon
1/2 tbsp. sumac
INGREDIENTS FOR BALANCED BOWL
2 cups leafy greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup white rice
4-6 olives
2 tbsps. tzatziki or hummus
Step
In a pan on medium heat, add olive oil, chicken breast, and season with salt, pepper, lemon, paprika, and sumac.
Step
Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and allow to rest.
Step
In a bowl, add salad ingredients. Top with chicken and enjoy!
