Ingredients

1 cup cooked quinoa

1 medium tomato, chopped or 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 lemon, juiced

1 (8-oz.) container store bought hummus

4 small pita breads
