Ingredients

1 pkg. (6 oz.) low-sodium herb seasoned stuffing mix

1 1/4 cups water, heated to boiling

8 oz. (about 2 cups) frozen broccoli, thawed

1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed 98% fat free cream of chicken soup

Step

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine stuffing mix crumbs and contents of seasoning packet with boiling water in large bowl until blended. Stir in chicken, broccoli and soup.

Step

Spoon chicken stuffing mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch pan or 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake in 400°F oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until heated through.
