  • Prep Time: 10 min

  • Cook Time: 14 min

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

1 small onion, finely grated

3 tbsps. fine breadcrumbs

2 tbsps. steak sauce

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

6 tbsps. Tandoori Masala seasoning

1 tbsp. cayenne pepper

1 tsp. turmeric

1 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Avocado, Grapeseed, or Canola oil, for brushing

1 tsp. minced garlic

Store-bought yogurt dipping sauce

Step

Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.

Step

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated onion, bread crumbs, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and spices. Mix until well combined.

Step

Divide the chicken mixture into small portions and shape each portion into an elongated football-like shape, about 3 inches long. Thread two “footballs” onto each skewer, leaving a little space between each one and brush the kebabs lightly with oil.

Step

Griddle the kebabs for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and nicely charred on the outside. Use a thermometer to cook to an internal temperature of 170℉.

Step

Serve the chicken kebabs hot with the yogurt dipping sauce on the side.
