Product Handling
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Cooking & Prep
Thaw in sealed package under cold water for 30 minutes or until thawed.
Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Once hot, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Add the chicken and spread in the pan into a single layer. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes while stirring throughout the cooking process for even doneness. Remove the chicken from the pan once an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
