OVEN:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray foil lined tray with nonstick cooking spray. Bake covered until thigh reaches 180°F 50-55 minutes.
GRILL:
Preheat grill to 450°F-500°F. Spray grates with nonstick cooking spray. Grill bone side down with grill lid closed for 30-40 minutes flip over and grill for an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F.
